I started in data over 12 years ago — no formal training, just curiosity, good people, and the drive to make things work and act with integrity. Since then, I've worked with organisations across industries to build data platforms that are fast, reliable, and business-focused.

In recent years, I’ve focused on:

• Designing end-to-end platforms using modern data tools and platforms

• Leading teams and mentoring developers through delivery and handover

• Helping clients navigate the messy middle of projects: transition, continuity, and clarity

I’m currently a Senior Consultant at Snap Analytics, where I focus on enterprise data platform builds and delivery strategy.

I have extensive experience with Snowflake, Matillion, dbt, Wherescape Red and Cognos and currently exploring Databricks, Data Contracts and gaining a deeper understanding of cloud provider technologies such as AWS.
